North West law firm Harrison Drury has appointed Tracey McCambridge to lead its residential property team in Preston.
Tracey, who has over 25 years’ experience in buying and selling residential properties, joins the team from Slater and Gordon. Prior to this she was head of conveyancing at Fieldings Porter Solicitors.
Harrison Drury’s residential property team is part of the firm’s Home and Family division, which advises clients on a range of personal legal matters, including estate planning, probate and family law.
Duncan Rawlinson, Director at Harrison Drury and head of the Home & Family division, said: “Our residential property team has grown significantly and we’ve seen a real increase in demand for our services this year.
“Our clients have come to learn that we care about providing a quality service above all else. With her vast experience and excellent customer facing skills, Tracey is ideally placed to help us continue making it possible for our clients.”
Tracey added: “Clients appreciate that personal service more than ever, especially when it comes to dealing with property. They want to be kept informed where everything is up to and know that their purchase or sale is progressing as quickly as it possibly can be.
“That’s something Harrison Drury does successfully. The culture of the firm is all about building lasting client relationships. These are exactly the skills and qualities I’m looking to bring to this role.”
Harrison Drury’s residential property service encompasses all areas of residential work including buying and selling houses, leasehold properties, landlord and tenant law, mortgage law, new build property, buy-to-let investment, auction sales and purchases, and probate sales.
