Preston-based Assured Cleaning Services is creating 11 news jobs after securing a contract with one of the Preston’s biggest community housing schemes.
The company will now provide daily cleaning services to 15 Gateway Community Housing sites across Preston.
Assured used a six-figure invoice finance facility with Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking to increase capacity ahead of carrying out the contract, which is expected to boost turnover by 30%.
Tom Jordan, Director of Assured Cleaning Services, said: “Securing the contract with Gateway Community Housing is a significant milestone for the company, and tops off an outstanding year of growth.
“We expect to build on this success over the next 12 months, and predict that we’ll achieve a turnover of £2.2m by the end of 2017.”
He continued: “Having the guidance from the team at Lloyds Bank has been a vital part of our expansion over the past two years, and it was reassuring to know that we had their support and guidance while pitching for new contracts.”
Lloyds Bank Global Transaction Banking client manager Andrew Delaney commented: “Invoice finance facilities are ideal for fast growing firms as it enables them to release the capital that they need to pitch for and secure new contracts.”
