Lancashire based Organisational Healthcare ( https://www.lancashare.co.uk/directorydetail/business-services/organisational-healthcare-ltd ) has set the date for their next Health for Business Seminar focused on helping businesses improve the health and wellbeing of their staff.
The seminar will be held at Brockholes Nature Reserve on 19th April from 8.30am and will feature guest speakers from Acas and Caroline Dakin Associates.
Caroline Dakin will be covering the topic of resilience and her session, based on scientific research will explore how levels of personal resilience can be developed.
James Boffey from Acas will be looking at the role that good management can play in tackling issues around mental health in the workplace, as well as exploring the importance of breaking the culture of silence that can often exist around mental health.
