With the refurbishment of the Vue Preston cinema complex now complete, Preston North End players were the first to try out the new recliner experience.
Vue Preston is set to offer local movie-goers the best seat in the house following a refurbishment which has seen every single standard seat replaced with a luxurious padded leather recliner, at no extra cost to the customer.
The upgrade now sees Preston become only the second Vue venue in northern England to become a fully recliner site.
To mark the occasion, Vue Preston invited three players from PNE to be the first to enjoy the comfort of the new seats and offer them a rare opportunity to put their feet up following their positive start to the 2017/18 EFL Championship campaign under Alex Neil.
General manager of Vue Preston Tom Mitchell said: “By replacing every single seat with The Recliner, we are delighted to be able to bring the people of Preston this supremely comfortable big screen viewing experience at no extra cost and encourage everyone to come down and experience The Recliner for themselves.”
Alan Browne, Callum Robinson and Paul Huntington (all pictured above) were the three players to make the visit.
