The fourth annual Ribble Valley Business Awards take place on Thursday 12th October at Mytton Fold Hotel in Langho. They will once again celebrate the businesses and individuals that make the Ribble Valley such a great place to live, work and visit.
Nominations opened on 20th July, and the organisers say that the response so far has been incredible. As of 15th August the RVBA team had received nearly 350 nominations for 150 different businesses and individuals. With two weeks left until nominations close, they’re on track to double the number of 2016 nominations!
It’s a wonderful way to recognise your favourite businesses, individuals or groups and to reward them for their service throughout the year.
It’s quick and easy to nominate, just head to www.ribblevalleybusinessawards.co.uk/nominate
Nominated businesses will receive social media shout-outs across the RVBA Twitter and Facebook accounts and receive an entry form via email. They can then choose which of the 17 award categories they wish to enter. There are plenty of categories to suit every business including new-for-2017 Artisan Business.
Interestingly, you can nominate your own business for the Beacon Award, which is the overall award for best Ribble Valley Business. So do vote, and tell the judges all that is good about your business!
Nominations close on 31st August, after which time the judging panel will shortlist from all entries received. Finalists will be announced on social media on Thursday 14th September.
The winners will, of course, remain top secret until the Awards Ceremony which takes place on Thursday 12th October at Mytton Fold Hotel in Langho.
Over 250 guests will attend the glitzy ceremony to see who will be victorious on the night, and who will win the best Ribble Valley Business overall
